You are welcome to schedule an initial intake appointment with Ariele Oshiro-Wilkie, MS, LPCC, CSAT, EMDR provider. During your first initial appointment, clients are informed about the therapeutic recovery process.

What can I expect during treatment:

Utilizing Dr. Patrick Carne’s, Ph.D Task Model approach, clients are guided through treatment in a safe and judgement free environment. During the initial stage of treatment clients are assessed throughly for past and current sexual behaviors, relational connections and trauma symptoms.

During the first phase of treatment clients work on breaking through Denial by understanding and identifying past and current sexual cycles while implementing Behavioral Interventions and developing a Relapse Prevention plan.

Once clients have established behavioral sobriety, they begin the second phase of treatment. Clients work on re-routing their system by understanding and healing internal trauma and shame through Core Resilience and Personal Development work.

During the third phase of treatment clients begin to their journey to forming Healthy Relationship Competencies. While clients continue to grow individually, they learn effective communication tools to resolve conflict within a relationship, identify and express emotions and needs, and collaborate within the relationship.
